Sonja Lockyer and Penny Tattersall became friends whilst working part-time at the Daler Art Gallery in Bournemouth. Both were studying at art college, had a similar attitude of happiness and optimism towards life, and they have remained friends ever since.

Penny began as a photographers agent in 1999, after managing Curtain Road Studios. She began with Nick Pope and soon created her special niche in the Interiors photography market. Penny Tattersall has been running for 8 years, and has built its name on honest, beautiful work and ethics.

Sonja began under the excellent guidance of John Easterby at IPG, with the privileged position of representing world class reportage and portrait photographers. She then moved on to start working with Tim Bret-Day in the glamorous world of fashion which took her to her own agency and then a successful merger with Charlotte Morgan to create MorganLockyer. After 3 years away, she has returned to the industry to join forces with Penny.

Simen Roberts, a recent addition to the Tattersall-Love family, was London born but raised in Italy where she studied Classics. Since then she has gravitated back and forth between the two countries – first to study photography in London, then to assist an esteemed advertising/commercial photographer in Venice and finally settling in London to embark on a career in publishing. Starting as a Picture Researcher with Tank and Marie Claire she then spent 3 years at Wallpaper as Assistant Photography Editor where she developed her keen eye for quality photography; commissioned some of the most beautiful and innovative architecture, interiors, still life and travel pages; and was able to indulge her enthusiasm for discovering and nurturing emerging talent within the creative industry.

Together they hope to represent the most beautiful photographers, stylists and locations with honesty, integrity and a smile.
