Following five years as an assistant, Sean started his career in 1998, photographing food and gardening before specialising in still life and interiors.

His successful campaigns include Cole & Son, Sony and Living TV. His editorial work has featured in Elle Decoration and the Guardian amongst others, and he regularly works for The World of Interiors and Grand Designs magazines.

Although based in London, Sean occasionally works in Tokyo and speaks fluent Japanese. He is fascinated by Desert Modernism and is a member of the Palm Springs Modern Committee.
