Set in the beautiful countryside of Southern Cornwall, Tregannick is a striking example of international modern architecture. This 1930's built house enjoys a private position approximately one mile outside of the village of Sancreed, with elevated views over the countryside and Mounts Bay. It has retained in good condition the fine period features of the interiors’ original panelling, woodwork, lights, doors, and furniture.

Penzance is about 4 miles away where a mainline British Rail Station provides access to London (Paddington).
